A resource page and QR code prominently displayed in the exhibitor hall
A full page ad in the 2026 conference program
A hyperlinked logo in the KSWLA newsletter for one year (minimum of 8 issues per calendar year)
 
Exhibitors are responsible for creating their own resource page and QR code.
 
KSWLA will print them to the size specifications you note, and in color.
 
A KSWLA Board Member or Regional Representative will be in the exhibit hall to help direct people and draw attention to the virtual exhibitor display.
