Participants will reflect on their priorities as they plan units and lessons. They will explore how to balance priorities so that the units and lessons are "healthy" for both students and teachers. The audience will participate in activities from Concordia Language Village that increase student interest and engagement. Donna Clementi is the Director of Education and Research for Concordia Language Villages, after spending 33 years teaching French in the Appleton Area School District. She was a member of the ACTFL Performance Assessment Unit Pilot Project and was on the Wisconsin Guide to Curriculum Planning team.
